Volunteers for Adolescent Pregnancy Prevention, Inc. (VAPP) is a non-profit organization founded in 1988 by Dr. Cecil Gordon.  VAPP focuses on at-need youth (male and female) and their families with services that:

• Educate youth in reproductive health practices and encourage them to postpone parenting until adulthood
• Provide medical care
• Provide “healthy choices” counseling services
• Provide parents with an opportunity to discuss/talk about their parenting challenges
• Continue to fight against teenage pregnancy, infant mortality, HIV/STDs, obesity, high school dropout rates and encounters with the correctional system

• Speaking Engagements
• Seminars (Schools, Churches, Community Centers)
• Anonymous HIV Testing/Counseling
